Leadership at Summit Reforestation:
Summit's Foremen and Supervisors form the core of our company, tirelessly dedicated to ensuring a successful season for all. Summit's foremen are selected from a pool of seasoned and driven veteran planters. Crews at Summit are structured in sizes of six, eleven, and sixteen individuals. Crew bosses are compensated based on a percentage of their team's total earnings, guaranteeing planters an effectively managed team.

Our support staff of checkers works closely with the foremen on a daily basis. These individuals are integral members of our team, embodying the expectations and values set forth by their foremen, supervisors, and clients for the planters. Checkers play a crucial role in our support staff, not only assisting with duties such as tree delivery and camp needs but also serving as assistants to supervisors after the day's work is completed on the block.
Supervisors:
Supervisors at Summit are dedicated and experienced members of our team, bringing a wealth of planting experience to their roles. They are adept in planting techniques, bookkeeping, and mechanics, crucial skills that ensure the smooth operation of camps and contracts.
Our support staff of checkers works closely with the foremen on a daily basis. The 25-person Summit management team offers a total of 196 years of Silviculture experience. That's an average of almost 8 years per person.
